We waited 30 minutes past the expected delivery time without any update, so I called the store to check on the status. Instead of helping, they told me I had called the wrong Domino's location—even though it was, in fact, the correct one. It felt like they were trying to avoid responsibility by blaming another store, which only added to the confusion, especially since we had ordered through DoorDash.
Eventually, we went outside to check and discovered the food had already been delivered—without any notification. When we opened the pizza box, it was swarming with ants and the food was completely cold.
I contacted DoorDash support, and they informed me that the issue was on Domino's end—they hadn’t marked the order as completed. Because of that, I couldn’t even request a refund until the store updated the order status. I had to call Domino’s again just to get them to mark it as completed, and even then, they were dismissive, and didn’t apologize. They finally completed the order at 3:21 PM, even though the delivery was scheduled for 2:30 PM.

I can handle that.. so upon just recently ordering my free pizza which i would of assumed to be free delivery as well. It certainly wasnt free.. to begin with i was asked to spend a further 20 dollars before i was able to get my pizza delivered with the extra cost of 8 dollars for delivery. Now its not the cost that offends me. Its the blatant disregard of the principle of the matter. So i setteled the great debate with paying delivery and purchasing sides up to around 15 dollars which includes the 8 dollars delivery fee.. but the man on the phone listened to my reasoning and understood that in this case the customer was right. Read moreOn 01/05/2025 I placed an order through DoorDash for delivery from the Bishopdale store. The app showed that Domino’s confirmed the order, but it didn’t move at all for over an hour. Both DoorDash and I tried multiple times to contact the store, but there was no response. Then without any delivery or explanation, the order was suddenly marked as “completed” at 10pm exactly. By that time, it was too late to order from anywhere else, everything had already closed. We were left without food, without any form of communication, and without a resolution. This level of service is completely unacceptable. Your store confirmed the order and then failed to deliver it. I expect this to be addressed...
