The food is pretty good and initially we liked coming here but recently the service that we received over the past few visits have been terrible! Would definitely not recommend coming here if you're expecting reasonable customer service and paying only for the food you ordered.. We booked a large table for our family and due to food allergies, had to order some specific items. These were apparently already "sold out" despite it being before lunch and they didn't even tell us until we kept asking them where these items were. They instead swapped it with one of the other dishes we ordered so we ended up with 3 of one dish and none of another. After an hour or so of waiting and then confronting them they said it was sold out so we begrudgingly ordered some other items instead. Only one of these showed up promptly and half an hour later, when we left, the rest of the new items still hadn't arrived so we had to cancel them! But we paid, they tried to charge us for them! Furthermore, they have one person manning the phone whilst also handling table payment so there was a long queue waiting to pay. Another instance, my mum was overcharged for her meal which she realised later so went back in another time for a refund, and while there they proceed the refund incorrectly AND charged us for tea that we didn't drink! 20 Dec 2018 - We ended up choosing this eatery as I want to try their food (looks delicious and appetizing shown on Google Maps) as I drove pass this shop many times. Anyway, we glad that we made the right choice 😁👍.

We ordered eight dishes; 3-course Peking duck, sweet and sour pork, salted fried squids, stir fried egg plants, black pepper lamb on hot plate, salted egg fried tofu. (Do feel free to look and like my photos). I like most of the dishes except for the black pepper lamb which was disappointing. The star of this show was the sweet and sour pork dish followed by salted fried squids.

This is a licensed eatery and you can only order non alcoholic drinks. There is no outdoor area and smoking 🚬 is [definitely] not inside the building.

Parking was not a problem as there is plenty of car parks in front of their shop 🅿.

They accept cash, EFTPOS and credit card payments, for those who want to know.

The food was okay in terms of taste, but I wish the service could have been more clear. When we first entered, we were asked if we wanted water or tea. Since no information about the cost was mentioned and it wasn't on the menu, we assumed that tea, like water, was free, so we chose tea. Later, when we were ordering, the server said that if we couldn’t finish our food, they could provide us with two takeaway boxes. Again, nothing else was mentioned. However, since most restaurants charge extra for takeaway boxes, we specifically asked and found out that they actually cost extra.
