Miss Tea 思茶 — Restaurant in Christchurch

This is two times in a roll they have took a wrong order for me. Last time I ordered one large bubble tea and two regular bubble milk for my two girls. I have repeated and repeated the order for few times, however she still didn't get it right and at the end it came with 3 large bubble tea. Fine~ it doesn't matter. But when I asked the girl in the reception howcome it comes with 3 large size bubble tea and the first thing she said is, "maybe you have mistakly ordered 3 large size.", Oh! How about you admit your mistake instead of blame me? This time I have order through door dash, and I have order two large size drink one is HOT, and one is NO ICE. I thought with written instructions they will do better, but somehow it came with 2 large drink with full of ice! Hire some better...

Tea's are ok. But was a requirement to give them a 5 star to get a free drink in a recent promo. Hence the influx of good reviews. Didn't sit well with us that you had to effectively buy your reviews. Will go somewhere else from now on.

EDIT: in response to the owners reply. See attached from YOUR Facebook page. It clearly states that the review must be a 5, and it was also what was requested when we were in store and show to the cashier before being able to claim it - that to receive the 'buy one get one free' promo, we must show the review+the follow, not a choice of either. The influx of 5 reviews would suggests we're not wrong. People just happen to 5* review at the same time?..

And no, I do not work for a competitor. We are just local...
