The food was good but had the weirdest service experience I’ve ever had in my life.

I was ordering at the kiosk and the lady snapped at me to order at the till. So I did. I tried to tell her what I wanted but she cut me off before ordering the vegetables/fillings and said she would do it as we went along. She kept saying “just tell me meat, then it’s 2 minutes” I kept saying “it’s fine I don’t mind”, there was no one in the queue in front or behind and as far as I could tell no other orders online as she was standing waiting before I showed up.

Then as we did the vegetables, she kept yelling “next one!” “Come on next!” “Hurry up next” “keep going” as I was choosing my fillings, and I was speaking pretty fast…. She kept speaking over me. And I had 3 pitas to order so it was pretty stressful. Then I finished ordering and she said “now go away come back in two minutes” and I said that I don’t mind I’m not in a rush, so I just stood by the tables in the food court and she said “come back in two minutes” but I just didn’t need to I just waited patiently on my phone… then she just screams “it’s ready now!!!!” But it wasn’t, I didn’t mind.

It was honestly the most stressful ordering experience I’ve ever had… it was so rushed and she kept speaking over me it was so confusing, after she gave me my order she just stood there waiting for the next customer. I’m so confused why...

Beware Vegans and people with dietary requirements! I ordered a Falafel, Beets and Beans as is today, which is advertised as DF and Vegan on the board. I was watching it being made and noticed that the dressing, was not the normal one so enquired as to what she had put on it. She let me know at this point that they were out of the dressing advertised and indicated that she had put yoghurt cucumber dressing. I explained that I could not eat dairy which is why I'd ordered a vegan option. They actually didn't have any other vegan dressings available, only a few sauces. She proceeded to scoop out the dressing with a spoon, and not being confident that the product had been completely removed I did not eat it. I should have been stronger and asked for it to be remade but I was quite taken aback by the whole thing. I'm also pleased I was there to see it being made, rather than ordering it online for pick up and...

Just like any other Pita Pit, serving fast food. The concept is similar to that Subway®, providing fresh and healthy food. You can choose the filings and also the meat to go with it. They can also double the meat filling for an additional/ extra cost. Staff is friendly and helpful. The shop is in the newly refurbished (2017) food court area with other food stalls. The place is clean, neat and tidy. The dining area is looked after by the mall's full-time cleaners. When it is busy, it is hard to find a seat.
