So I ordered pizza it states pay an extra $3 for 20min delivery so I went ahead chick was 10mins late and couldnt understand English when I said what happens now your late...calls her manager he says wereve sent you a email for free pizza...I'm like cool now I check email and theres a voucher and an apology it didnt make it on time but it also states we care about our people(s) safety on the road....so if that's the case take your $3 for 20min delivery off as your just ripping customers off charging them!!🖕🖕🖕 it's a waste of your time and ours...shouldn't false advertise if you cant complete your task...tarawera road Dominos rotorua driver NAVDEEP

I also ordered a Hawaiian there was no Pineapple. Ordered a 22.99 pizza meat lovers works disgusting comon guys! And we got charged extra for these cinnamon stick things that I never ordered and an extra garlic bread! I have photos and my original screen shot order and original reciept. Shocking and also shows the $3 charge for a 35min delivery rather than the 20min one I paid...

I have ordered pizza from here almost weekly for years in multiple quantities. This latest time there was a disconnect between what was ordered through the app and what was ready on arrival. All I wanted was the ordered pizza to feed the hungry people at home But there was a whole load of blame-talk from the counter, then a call to the manager, who proceeded to explain to me how I was wrong and the offer was blah blah blah.....I gave up listening. anyway, I asked them to fix it, this one time, and whether I had any value to them as a customer now and into the future. It appears not, as they were unwilling to fix it, for the cost of effectively 2 rings of dough with cheese on. So that's the end of my pizza-buying from here. The pizza is alright, but you have no value to them as a customer. Maybe go somewhere that listens to...
