Favourite bakery - does great bread and is less than 5 minutes walk away. Had a plain croissant and oat latte on my second day of moving to the neighbourhood, and boy, did I hit the jackpot โค๏ธ to me, it tasted like the ones from a casual bakery along the streets of Paris (admittedly it's been a decade). Nonetheless, it is still very, very good. Chocolate lovers could try the Pain au Chocolat. My partner doesn't eat bread but would willingly eat this every day if he could afford to. Almond croissants are super popular too - very generous with the filling and almonds. Corn bread is A-MA-ZING!๐ ๐คฉ Options change daily. There's only one photo because I always end up eating everything before taking a photo. Highly recommend - as much as I'd like to gatekeep..but it's okay. I'll just wake up early and walk over to get my fix. Price option is $10 per person if you get a bread only. Total transparency, I could get up to $50+ just so I can...

My partner and I have spent the last few weeks trying what they have and every single thing has been spectacular. The pastries are laminated perfectly, they're also incredibly well balanced in flavour and sweetness. I absolutely love the fruit danish and egg tart!! My favourite iced mocha I've ever tried because it isn't overly sweet. Same with the matcha, it's strong and unsweetened! I never thought I'd be able to find pastries near this quality in NZ. Please do yourself a favour and treat yourself to one of the many incredible things they have. They also very much deserve the support because they're such...
ย ย ย Read moreAbsolutely lovely people that own and run this bakery, which produces top-notch baked goods. My first egg tart ever and I was immediately hooked! Can see why these sell out regularly. Another pleasant surprise - soft big pretzels! These have become so hard to find, a seriously underrated baked good here in NZ. I cannot wait to try everything in the bakery case, including the cinnamon walnut brioche and new brownie, among many others. The barista makes great coffees, too. Thereโs parking out the back and you can enter the bakery from either end. A few seats out front and a couple inside as well. Open every day. Only wished I lived closer. Cannot recommend...
