Fantastic boutique-style butchery with very lovely and helpful owners. I actually went there ( I’m embarrassed to say!) hoping to get some bones for my dog and there’s a huge central freezer of pet meat yummies! I bought chicken frames , dear little lamb knuckles ( which suit a pup perfectly) and some marrow bones, but the selection was far bigger than that - hearts, chicken necks etc. Was my first time there and I’ll be back for some “ human food” as well next time ! Went there this Sunday for the first time ever. Always happy to support local shop, and they advertise like it as well. Overall I found all meat really pricey, but I did ended up taking a brisket. Once I came home and unpacked it it was smelling really bad and was covered in slime, but decided to cook as the packing date was fresh and it is beef. It turn out the most chewy, blunt piece of brisket I have ever had. Would not go there ever again. I threw about 30-50% of it away.
