Asian Food House — Restaurant in Gisborne

I'm a regular there - but just based on one dish BBQ Pork fried rice best in town. I have tried other dishes and smorgasbord and I highly don't recommend stale meat, fishy smelling chow meins, wontons fried til theyre a inch of being dust.Dont recommend the fried stuff to greasy. It's hard to communicate doing your order sometimes depends who you get. Countless times I have ordered waited my 15 minutes and it's either the wrong thing or they haven't even started to cook it coz they forgot. THE WORST ASIAN TAKEAWAYS I'VE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE! Even my dog didn't finish it!! DO NOT GO HERE!! You could taste the cook's "I don't care" attitude in the food, which shocked me - I'd never experienced this before! The dryest potatoes I've ever tasted - I was very disappointed I was charged at all for this! Parts of the food was tasteless and flavourless!

How dare you even be open and sell this rubbish! Very VERY disappointed in you all and the lack of love and quality control.

The two Thai takeaways we're shut on Monday night so we went to the Asian Food House. Friendly service but i found it really challenging to understand the lady.
