Columbus Coffee — Restaurant in Hamilton

This is provide a feedback in mitre 10 Te Rapa branch, Columbus cafe-2:30visit 7th of May

The customer service was ssssoooo awful...very very bad!!! First time in New Zealand I have ever experienced. No greetings, no thank you, not welcomed at all! And when I returned without my order ready- for a coffee. No sorry...and can't see any apologies on that owner's face....as if this business is not about customer service. Hey look, if that lady doesn't like her business...just quit! Geez, she or that owner should be ashame of herself and do not deserve this type business

Bad.... bad experience that we will never forget and a cafe that we will never visit!!! Bad front desk/owner who ever that lady is! No body should be...

My husband ordered the pancakes with caramelized banana, bacon and maple syrup. What he received was 4 supermarket pancakes, dry with 2 slices of banana which definitely wasn't caramelized, no maple syrup. Dry tasteless and absolutely shocking for the price we paid. As we walked out he handed his untouched plate to the cashier and said how disappointed he was, her response was that she could fix it, but it shouldn't have been like that in the first place.....we won't be going back, and that's a shame because we're at...

Coffee is mind blowing. Service is good. Food range is amazing. Cabinet sweets are great. They only thing I would request the management to not allow pets inside the restaurant. Not everyone is a fan of animals, mostly the doors are closed so the room starts smelling bad too. Humble request. Also , birds are quite irritating as well.
