Most rude experience. Went in and ordered for myself and son was told twice I could have it for takeaway both times said I wished it for eat in. Took over 10mins to be served in that time not one of the dirty tables had been cleared until our drinks and food arrived, by that time my 3yr old son needed the toilet, so I took him. Was not 30 seconds of being in the bathroom (he had not even got to the loo) my friend called me to ask what table we were at, described what we ordered and they said its been cleared. Came out and asked staff manager said she threw it away, I asked for it to be replaced as my son had not even touched it, she said she would replace the cake to go but not the drink I paid over 4 dollars for I was shocked she just kept saying ok ok, I said no it's not ok, she handed me the cake in a brown bag and wanted me to leave. I was mortified and didn't understand why I was being treated so rudely? We were quiet and polite, I asked multi times for his drink to be replaced she refused to give him the bottled apple juice I paid for and poured some cheap milk carton orange juice in a to go cup and game him that. We all left mortified. I had watch 3 separate ppl use the toilet while we waited to be served and not one person had there things cleared away before they came out. Amazing! A nice hidden cafe with a very chill vibe. Not to busy when we went but there was some business which is always a good indication. I chose the blueberry muffin with a double shot mocah, it was very good and the muffin was very nice. The cafe environment is nice with a contemporary feel to it and very functional layout. The service was out of this world, friendly waitress and she was always on the dot with stuff. All in all this was an amazing cafe and very nice sunday brunch spot....
