Turkish Express — Restaurant in Hamilton

Absolutely horrible experience with Turkish Express Takeaway last night. Minutes after eating, both my husband and I found ourselves rushing back and forth to the bathroom. It’s shocking that a place serving food has such little respect for their customers’ well-being. They’re charging more than other nearby spots, yet still manage to serve food that’s clearly not fresh. We paid good money for what turned out to be rotten, unsafe food. Never going back again!!

Edit to reply to the response: Purchased 2 kebabs. At around 6:05 pm. You might always use fresh stuff but clearly something was rotten in those kebabs last night. And don’t deny saying others haven’t complained when clearly i can see in reviews have previously complained about food poisoning. If you are so conscious about your reputation, trying being careful next time (with others) because we are done...

Best Kebab in Hamilton !!! .. and we have tried pretty much all of them.

1. Wrap is toasted & crunchy on the outside but still fresh on inside as they toast it unwrapped so salad and filling don't go soggy. Just perfect. (A lot of kebab shops cut corners on this because it takes more time)
2. Falafels are delicious, not filled up with flour but chickpeas and flavor as Falafels should be. And they're gluten free.
3. Packed full... these guys aren't stingy with fillings. Wouldn't change a thing. 10/10 Service friendly and even asked if we had any suggestions to improve.. but these kebabs were too good to improve. We...

Hi there, I ordered a kebab for lunch today. I always come here an get amazing kebab. I was very disappointed 😥 with the lady that served me this afternoon..I asked for extra hummus and there was nothing inside it. The kebab was split and the food fell out when I ate it. It was very soggy and the bottom was dripping . When I ate it ..it fell apart an their was a rip down the side of the kebab. I am shocked as normally they are amazing. I think a new staff lady that works there doesn't do...
