took my wife here for our 1st anniversary dinner in summer time she ended up walking out. went into the shop staff pointed out what table to sit at. the rest were taken etc.. we went to another table wife didnt like that table, sat at 1 table by the window it was summer too hot and stuffy inside wanted window open or air con on a staff member opened window so we had it was one of those ones you pull out (bent over half of our table) we later had to ask for a water (this is not professional at all! (i expect to have water served to us without asking when dining at a restaurant!) we then made our order waited quite a while, whilst waiting we felt table was wobbling told a staff member one of the legs must've been un-even he then folded a serviette up then put it under at that point my wife was so upset she walked out crying! highly not recommend this place. later a family member had bought food from there i was happy we didnt eat there, there butter chicken tasted very fake! and mild down with...

Unfortunately, just had a terrible experience with this restaurant after they served butter chicken with almonds in it to my girlfriend who has a nut allergy. To be clear, there is no mention of nuts being used in the butter chicken on the menu, and after 5 minutes of receiving our dinner her mouth began swelling up.

After approaching the staff and explaining the situation, they proceeded to blame her for not mentioning her nut allergy to them and told us the chef likes to use different garnishes on the curries they serve. We tried to explain that we have ordered the butter chicken from here a few times and they have never used nuts in it before, but they told us that it was not their problem. We were shocked with this reply and left.

After tonight’s experience with the rude and unsympathetic staff, I cannot and will not recommend this...

Read the online reviews and decided to give Bollywood a chance. Awesome butter chicken, full of flavor and not sweet at all, we loved it and do get curry quite often from around the country. Can confirm this is the best butter chicken I've had in a while and the mango Lassi was top notch. I've given 4 stars on service only because they were a little unorganized with setting up our table and forgot to bring the papadoms at the same time the meal came out, however, it was new years day and they were very busy. Still all round a 5 star experience and will return...
