An absolute gem for Hastings! I’ve now been to Ari four times, and each visit has completely blown me away. It’s such a gift to have something this special right here in Hastings — a restaurant that truly elevates our local dining scene and complements our region’s reputation for exceptional produce and wine. The service is always friendly, professional, and genuine. Maiya as front of house and Benjamin as our server have been incredible each time — warm, knowledgeable, and passionate about what they do. They’ve encouraged me to try dishes I might not normally choose, and I’ve been amazed every time. My friend Sean and I appreciate quality food and wine, and restaurant Ari is right up there with this regions finest! Delightful service from Benjamin and sublime cooking from chef/owner Simon and crew with perfectly curated dishes that make you go wow with every mouthful. There is a new restaurant in central Hastings - Ari. Front of the house was Benjamin. A friendly waiter who showed kindness to an elderly customer by opening doors for her. Simon owner and chef produced the best flat bread I have had with a delightful butter as a starter.
