edit Have downgraded my review to 1 star. Tonight I ordered at approximately 7pm. By 8.50 pm, my order had not arrived despite the online tracker saying it had been delivered from approximately 20 minutes prior. I tried for 20 minutes to get through on the phone. Multiple times, they picked up the phone and immediately hung up. Finally, I got through and was immediately put on hold. At last, someone answered. I explained the problem and asked them to send a replacement order. By this time it was 9.15pm. They asked me to wait longer. I said I would rather have a refund, because after waiting for over 2 hours, the food would likely now be cold. They tried to push me to wait for another 15 minutes. I said if I waited another 15 minutes, it would then be 2 1/2 hours since I ordered and the food would be cold. I said this was unacceptable and requested a refund, which they finally put through. Last time we ordered pizza, they came with only half the toppings. One of the pizzas was missing half the cheese around the centre of the pizza. We won't be buying anything from Dominos Te Atatu again.
edit Have upgraded my review from 2 stars to 4. They've really improved. Pizza is ok quality for what you get and the drivers are friendly and pleasant.
I've had to ask for replacement pizza twice because on one occasion there was a big piece of meat on my vegan pizza, and this evening there was dairy cheese on my vegan pizza. Its pretty poor really and I feel sorry for the drivers having to go...

It gets fast tracked with an apology and we will give you a vocher to replace your pizza. How about ensuring customers are satisfied with the meal and literally putting yourself in their shoes asking are you happy to pay for this? They regularly forgot sides and drinks, with the delivery driver having to go back and pick them up for a second delivery.
