Domino's Pizza Long Bay — Restaurant in Hibiscus and Bays

A Frustrating Domino's Delivery Experience: I placed an order through the Domino's app, as I always do. The app notified me that my order had been delivered, but I hadn't heard a knock or the doorbell ring. Given the heavy rain, I initially thought the driver might just be delayed, and I hesitated to call the store, not wanting to cause trouble for the driver. About ten minutes later, I called the number from the delivery text message. To my surprise, it connected me with an Uber Eats driver. This was the first time my Domino's order had been passed to an Uber driver, as I'd ordered directly through the Domino's app. The driver informed me the food was left at my front door. I was shocked to learn my order had been sitting outside, getting soaked in the rain. The driver then told me to contact Domino's Long Bay to resolve the issue, which I did since my order was placed through their app, not Uber. However, the store manager at Domino's Long Bay insisted I call Uber customer service for a refund. This was incredibly confusing, as my order had no connection to Uber. I explained that I didn't want anyone to get into trouble and simply asked for a fresh order so my kids could eat. The manager very firmly refused, reiterating that I needed to contact Uber Eats. Multiple times after I went to this Dominos they gave me horrible service as they rolled their eyes at me and continued to be rude and impatient when I tried to order. I tried ordering the special combo however when I finished ordering they had charged me for twice the price this infuriated me even more. The size of the food is completely out of hand too. I had ordered a 4 piece chicken tender they gave me 3 tenders the size of my pinky and 1 tender that was literally a crumb. I also had to wait an hour just for my 3 sides that I ordered. This Dominos infuriates me even more as they treat their customers of different races differently. As when I was ordering they talked to me with anger and boredom but as a different race of people came their eyes immediately lit up and they started talking enthusiastically and energetically. Seriously a joke, order said it would be ready online at 6:39 I came in at 640 they said they hadn’t even started making it and they’ll be another 10 minutes, came back in 15 minutes later and the guy said with a smirk “i thought you didn’t want it” as it said rate your order on the app, I got frustrated at this point and said what a joke and so on as I had already paid on line previously it’s now 7 and still no pizza they’re refusing to make it, 2 hungry kids in the car. Guessing at this rate you can keep my money as you won’t refund my wife and we will go else where. Never coming back do not recommend...
