KFC — Restaurant in Hibiscus and Bays

I agree with all the other comments proclaiming this is the worst KFC in existence. I ordered delivery for the first time on a Saturday night, said the estimated delivery time would be 45-60mins, which is fine gathering Saturday's are busy for any food place. After 90 minutes of waiting, I tried calling, and they'd keep picking up and putting the phone back down immediately. After two whole hours, the food arrives, but surprise, it's not my order. I called up, no answer, so I decided to eat the food as I was just hungry and defeated at that point. Half an hour later they called me back, asking why I had called so many times, so I said I got the wrong delivery order. They asked for my order number, which I gave them, and the guy on the phone snarkily replied "Your order is delivered, I don't see the problem", to which I reminded him I got the completely wrong order. He then was very apologetic, and said they could send out the correct one, and I explained I had already began eating the wrong order as it had been 2 and a half hours since I had ordered. He said that was fine and that I could keep the extra order as an apology, which was cool. 20 minutes later the delivery guy arrives and asks to swap the orders, to which I explained the other guy said I could keep the food (besides, the wrong order had been at my house for 50 minutes now so it wouldn't be okay to give to a customer anyway). He got mad at me and left.

Would rate the whole thing a 0 if I could. They’ve recently hired a 15-16 year old for the evening drive thru and he couldn’t care less about his job and it shows. The foods always average but the service is so bad. When telling what we wanted to eat he kept interrupting with ‘is that all!’ Over and over again. We only ordered 2 things, didn’t ask what drinks we wanted so he got annoyed when we told him. Finally got to the only window to pay and receive food where we got the wrong things in our order and he closed the window before giving out drinks. This has happened before so we waited (I don’t know what the other parts of the job may entail) but him and other staff were play fighting right at the window, running around, laughing and just kept staring at us thru the window. After trying to get their attention my partner finally layed on the horn to get someone to us, we just needed the drinks. (Cans). Someone came to the window. And said ‘what do u want’ before we said we just need our drinks. Won’t be coming back again because this is now a recurring...

Today I took my son out for dinner. All the tables were filthy, so we asked if a table could be wiped down for us to use.

While we waited for a table to be cleaned, I witnessed other customers having to leave as there was no where clean to sit.

There was a Sprite drink spill on the floor. The staff member put a "Caution Wet" sign up, but no one came back to mop, just left it over the course of approx 25 minutes. This is a major health hazard!

The dining floor was extremely dirty and greasy, also needing a clean to prevent anyone slipping.

Our visit before this one, the branch had no lettuce or chicken, which is ironic being a fried chicken shop 😅.

Overall a very dirty and disorganised KFC branch. You need to prioritise your hygiene, and health and safety standards, especially being a restaurant. This would prevent future food poisoning, plus the last thing you would want is to attract rats. This is first time we felt grossed out in a fast food chain, which should...
