Ordered my pizza over the phone — guy said “10–15 minutes.” Cool, easy enough. I pull up 5 minutes later and this dude behind the counter is moving like he’s underwater. Straight up sloth mode. Then, as if things couldn’t get slower, he drops someone’s uncooked pizza on the floor. That’s when I knew this was going downhill fast.
He finally gets around to putting mine in the oven — already past the 15-minute mark — and when it’s done, it somehow takes him another 5–10 minutes just to box it up. I check my pizza before leaving (finally), and surprise surprise — it’s the wrong one.
Had to go back inside just to swap it because he’d given me someone else’s pizza, and they had mine. Like bro, how do you mess that up after taking that long? If you’re gonna move slower than a snail, at least make sure you’re giving people the right order.
I get it — maybe it’s your first day. But seriously, Domino’s, who are you hiring? You can’t just throw anyone behind the counter and hope for the best — it’s a pizza shop, not a daycare. This was beyond slow. Beyond...

First impression very clean/ tidy store inside and outside visually, excellent customer service (prompt greeting upon arrival with a lovely smile) and very well presented staff. 3 stars for food only reason was because the thin and crispy crust was too doughy towards the centre of the pizza to 3/4 of the way eating it the end was crispy for all 3 we ordered, topping wasn't excessive either. The only 2 things I could pin point this too is either insufficient heat or improper dough handling eg incorrect dough weight before putting the dough through the dough sheeter machine. Speaking from experience having worked and managed several dominos pizza stores 25+yrs ago, those are the only 2 reasons I could think of that went wrong with the thin and crispy crust otherwise overall beautiful and clean store with amazing staff who present well.
