We phone ordered first, 30min before arriving at the restaurant. We ordered claypot rice. We waited for another 15min while we were at the restaurant. Salted fish egg plants is very gluggy and dry. Not your familiar taste of your typical Cantonese dish. The char sui and crispy pork that were served seems to taste like left over from the night before. It doesn't taste fresh like the ones you buy from taiping. Based on other people reviews, it seems they have a habit of serving left over meat.
