I thought school lunches were bad, today mine came from Hell (Botany Downs).
We placed an online order for work and I was impressed when it was delivered at the time we asked. Although the Delivery Driver ended up at the wrong building entry, the food was hot and smelt yummy! Everyone enjoyed their pizzas and I was the only one who had ordered the Chicken Demon pasta.
Unfortunately when I removed the foil covering from my meal, my first question was "where is the rest of the pasta"? (see photos).
I thought I was doing the right thing by contacting the store immediately/ directly and asked if there was an email address or someone I could send my photos through to, because my meal didn't look right. But I was told that they didn't need to see my photos but that this is what it is meant to look like and there was nothing that could be done.
The Staff member who I was speaking with, was apologetic but couldn't do anything without authority from his Manager. He said he would contact the Manager for advice on how to handle this one and call me back within the hour.
He called back and said the Manager said they couldn't do anything for me. When they prepared this meal, the pasta is all on one side and they have to spread it out in the tray, so there would be gaps in the corners of the tray because the food may not have been spread out enough. This feedback was given to me even though THEY HAD NOT SEEN THE PHOTO OF WHAT MY PASTA MEAL LOOKED LIKE.
If you see the photos, it looks like someone has scooped out part of the meal right?
So no pasta lunch for me today and I had pretty much wasted my money to be honest. Food is in the bin now, I couldn't eat something that looks like someone else has taste tested first.
Then no joy dealing directly with Hell Pizza Botany Downs either. So here I go with my Google review and other reviews that I will post anywhere & everywhere else, because the way this was handled was poor service 100%.

Read moreThe staff / owner here decided to try and say that the mobility park was theirs. My mother who finds it difficult to walk ( hence why she has a mobility card in the first place ) was asked to park down a ramp and further away . The point of a mobility card is to have easy access. Yes sure the parks with the WHITE lines can be allocated to specific shops but when u pick on families that have elderly people trying to park and get a meal at the restaurant next door it’s safe to say what a total lack of empathy on this establishments behalf . 3 staff members came out and argued with us . Perhaps better attention and care Should be made to what’s happening inside. The restaurant owner of rajas next door who also has car parks says they’re too busy checking on the their staff and preparing the food is quite happy to let hell pizza customers park in their car parks . Horrible experience from terrible staff who show no respect / care about users of mobility car parks . Shame on you. ! Go to rajas next door impeccable service and customer care ........
Read moreOrdered through Door Dash. 25ish mins later I get a phone call from Hell Botany (seemed to be Piratheepan manager person who posted their own review on Google) and the Dasher is at the store waiting for the order. Piratheepan says items are out of stock, then gets a bit angry when I say just cancel it. She tells me I have to take it up with Door Dash, it's not for her to do, keeps loudly insisting I talk to Door Dash. Nothing to do with me if you don't update your DD menu or have no stock guys! Why the "hell" are harrassing the customer about your stock issues or DD issues? Yeah don't call me again, I'll be reporting it next time for misuse of a phone. Really annoying.
