I went there for my dinner today. At first when I wanted to give order and waiting at the counter for staff to take orders, we waited there for more than 10 minutes and even after the staff saw me waiting nobody came and even told me that they coming. Finally when the staff came I order my food and requested for swop for a single item in meal as I have been there my times and staff do swop for some money but the manager on the counter said we don’t do it. I still accept it that it’s ok if you can’t. Then when my order came one of the burger came with tender instead of chicken patty. When I showed to the manager she starting arguing with me trying to prove her right. She stands for more than 10 minutes keep on arguing and trying to prove me wrong and said that I am complaining for no reason. When I have shared my last good experience of same chicking about another staff. I have told that the girl name and was amazing. But as me and that another staff was I met last was of same community. She started calling me rasist. The manager today was South Indian and very rude with customer she spoiled my dinner today as she just stand there for longer time to prove herself right. Also there was a kiwi customer who waited there for long to get her order she also complained that the staff is not attending nicely and giving very poor customer service. I’d placed our company order around 10:15 Am and chosen 11:30 am delivery(10mins away from our office) and the food arrived at 1:30pm. I follow up for 6x and they said the driver was already left 1hr ago. When the driver arrived , she said she waited for 1.5hrs to get the food. The managers humiliated her as well in front of her store crews for just $12 fee. I had check the driver’s conversation, she picked up the food just 15mins ago when she arrived. They blamed it all to the poor doordash driverI. ts very clear that Chicking Botany franchise manager is a good liar and very rude. She was talking in her Bangladesh language and dropped my calls 3x. Read moreOnce again very disappointing from Chicking Botany. Placed an order online for $70 worth of Regular Chicken Strips to go while a meal we had planned after picking up family from the airport. Once order was placed we got an email confirming order will be ready at 7pm even after selecting 7.30pm pickup. We rang straight through and spoke to a staff member to say we had selected 7.30pm as we were at the airport. He turned around and said sorry there was nothing that could be done as the order was already in the deep fryer. After a few words to him he said ok they would sort it. We arrived shortly after 7.30pm got home and the strips were cold. Not only that but 32 of the 36 were spicy not regular as ordered, this is not the first time this has happened, very embarrassing as most of the family don't eat spicey.
