Food: ⭐⭐ Customer service: ⭐ This is the 2nd time we dined there. Unfortunately the original owners sold the business and now its under new management and we had a rather unpleasant experience there tonight, hence wont be returning. Food quality has dropped significantly, all dishes taste bland. I took customer service seriously when dining out, so here's what happened: At the cashier I used my card to pay, turns out they do not accept credit card (no one said anything before I clicked credit card) so my transaction was declined. A normal person would say to their customers, "sorry we dont accept credit card.." right? But the cashier there said, rather impolitely, "now which restaurant around the east would accept credit card." 🙄 ok.. After the transaction is done, I asked for a takeout box, the lady again spoken in a way that implied I should've asked for it earlier as it ain't free, luckily I have a few coins or I might hear a whole bunch of other...

The restaurant keeps tidy and clean matter, holds current A hygiene certificate, has lots of shared car parking. Their service is pretty quick. All dishes on average $30 each, services in small medium portion. The average cost per person $45. All dishes are presented nicely and beautifully. The tasty is great.
One incident happened wasn't solved properly. People love seafood, who doesn't? However, one of their high demand seafood dish contains dirty and sand. The restaurant pulled the dish and removed charge, after received complaint. Unfortunately, restaurant refused to service same seafood dish again, after replaced new order. Restaurant replied "we can't guarantee that seafood all in clean manner without dirty and sand". That might not be an appropriate answer rejecting replace order.

Overall the dishes we selected were yummy and well balanced flavours, my Canto husband really enjoyed. The salt n pepper pork chops were incredible! We felt the portion sizes were a bit small compared to other Chinese restaurants. One of our dishes took forever to come (we had finished all our other dishes already) - pretty sure they forgot about it cause when we asked they said “it’s steaming” but then we saw other later tables get steamed dishes before we did… so they probably started cooking it when we asked...
