Hi Guys - LOVE the way your food - both sweet and savoury looks and is presented. Your coffee too is DELISH! HOWEVER I do feel that the service by staff is disjointed and somewhat slow to recognise customers waiting for acknowledgement. I waited for 8 minutes which felt like 30 minutes to receive an acknowledgement from one of the three staff working at the service counter and all I wanted was a long black takeaway coffee! All three of them appeared to be wrapped up in their own tasks to bother about the customer waiting at the counter. Finally the male staff member (with a ginger-beard) said Hi! Yay an acknowledgement!! The two female staff members (1 with a cap and the other with glasses and a little plump) noticed me standing at the counter and even made eye contact but didn't even bother to say Hello or I won't be a moment - really? Just a suggestion - Perhaps one staff member could focus on making great coffee and providing great counter customer service with the other two staff members working the floor ie taking orders, running food and beverage plus overseeing the restaurant (it's a small eatery so it looked manageable for two staff to cover just the floor). Your customers need to be greeted as soon as they walk into your eatery. Customers can see when staff are busy and are happy to wait with a little courtesy acknowledgement. Your food and beverage is great! BUT the service needs to...

Read moreHad lunch there today - waited 10 mins to have order taken then was advised 20-25 min delay for food as they were busy. Not ideal but accepted. However it was 45 mins before food arriving in 3 different carries - there was 4 of us - this alone would decide for me that I wouldn't come back. However the steak I had while cooked well was the worst cut I think I ever had - there were lines of grisel all through it and part of the steak was raw - don't mind it medium rare but this was more rare than cooked (we weren't asked how we liked our steak cooked either) - put it this way the steak knife wasn't sharp enough to cut through it cleanly. Needless to say I had a few chips and left the rest. I don't recommend this place to anyone. will...
