Seriously.. the staff need to learn to smile and be polite!! This place is my local when I'm in invercargill however, if it wasn't for the fact they are close to where i stay...I wouldn't go there AT ALL! staff can be flippin rude, like they don't want to be there.. it's a pretty unfriendly environment, for a woman anyway! Just to be clear & not to offend the l staff that know how to do their job properly.. this is a review from Tuesday night 17/09/24. Ended up calling the landline (as I couldn't even leave my bottle of wine & get out of the place) only to be told she was busy at the bar (not!) & couldn't hear that someone had come in... whatever.. Honestly, you never no who you are serving! Be polite.. or get a job better suited to your personality. Would not recommend to out of towners if you are use to good service...

There was no need to treat anyone this way little lone a paying customer If this is how the hospitality is at this pub I’ll go...
