KFC — Restaurant in Invercargill City

Tonight around 6ish, A friend, my daughter and i decided we would go to KFC on Elles Road...So we patiently waited in the queue... We ordered; A 2 piece quarter pack with A large coke A Deluxe Quarter pack(3pieces) And another large coke And a moro bar And a large Fanta! I remember! I've had to repeat my order to the cops...twice! We paid for the food by eftpos... We didnt get a full eftpos receipt.. There was a line of words going down the left side of the receipt... One Word Just Like This Thats what it looked like...Im just sorry i threw it at them... Anyway... I tried to explain what had happened when the lady behind window refused to listen to anything I was saying! She just rudely shut the window and turn away from me! I raised my voice so they could hear me thru the window... 4 KFC workers were standing around looking at me and then looking at each other... By this time i had had enough! Then some loud mouth in the car behind decided he'd put his two cents worth in just because he was hungry... Well... I lost it! Jumped out of the car and walked back to him...If it wasnt for consequential thinking... I would of ended up in prison... Not the guy who treats receipts like toilet paper by his saying... Who cares its only a receipt! He just thought he'd butt in! Knew nothing about what was going on! Heard bits and pieces... And he automatically passed judgement! To him I was in the wrong... To KFC Staff I was in the wrong... To the police...I was in the right! The police commended me for driving away... Sooo KFC Elles Road Who was really in the wrong? Me... Or you? This wont go away! This is the second time KFC have treated me with disrespect... Most of you staff there are half my age and that person would probably be the oldest! KFC...If Colonel Sanders knew how you disrespect seniors, He would turn in...

We don't always eat out because we have a large whānau and when we do, it's usually at KFC south City because it's affordable for our numbers and good service, but in this particular case, we received poor service. We asked for a 20 piece and a Family feast. They told us it's a catering order and needed at least 3 hours in advance to do it which of course we understood. However, initially they told us they could do the 20 piece order only. We were fine with that. THEN they told us it would be a half an hour wait, we thought it was for both packs but after further communication, they clarified it was just for the 20 piece pack and they only had enough for a 14 piece pack. It was 9:15pm, they don't close till 11! We ended up not ordering and drove 5 minutes to KFC on Dee street who were able to do our 20 piece (not have to wait) and we ordered...

I have no idea what you people are complaining about. Wellington has kfc shops, Courtney Place, Kent Terrace, Kilbernie and Lower Hutt and not one of these kfc shops actually sell KFC. They sell fried chicken, some shops will even give you the chicken that was cooked the day before. KILBERNIE. Wicked wings with minimal to almost no coating to make the coating go further on more wings and the same with the chicken pieces. One person in Kent Terrace will even lie while she is looking you directly in the eyes with her blue hat. ( may I have extra salt please ) and the answer for this was, ( kfc does not supply extra salt anymore. At the moment Wainuiomata is the only actual KFC shop in Wellington that actually still sells actual KFC. Consider yourselves lucky in...
