KFC Glenfield — Restaurant in Kaipātiki

NEVER AGAIN! After I ordered 2 Zinger combos on 14 Oct. 2025, I got this with 2 warm cans of coke. I asked the server (Mo) where is the glass and ice as per advertisement, but she said they dont have glases neither do they have ice. When I start drinking the Coke, it was not cold at all, and then my order was ready, but back at the table i found that in both combos dont have any chicken. I took everything back and complaint to the supervisor who told me that the can feels cold to her. I said well, if you look at the fridge behind you, fully stock then this could mean that if this was stocked an hour ago the cans may feel cold outside, but the drink is not! I then ask her where is the chicken and again she was trying to bullshit me by telling me that they unfortunately swopped the wrong orders BUT, there is no order in KFC where you get bread rolls without chicken, unless my order was meant to be for a vegetarian. When she then started to argue with me in order to prove some point, I said that I want to return everything and get a refund. We did not start eating on anything. It used to was 4_star but dropped down. After 20 min wasting time behind a broken system asked me for cash. Provided $40 ($20+$20) and waited for a $10 change. I went there on Saturday for my lunch and I ordered for wicked lunch which comes with 3pcs of wicked wings, chips and one drink. There is one guy who served me and asked me that i want to dine in or it is take away i was in hurry and want to take the take away i think that was my wrong decision which i took because they served me the worst food.
