Subway — Restaurant in Kaipātiki

In 20 years of going to Subway this is my worst experience. Got a Tuna wrap, and literally only a tiny spoonful of Tuna. When I questioned this, I was told it’s the same amount of tuna as for a six inch sub. Given I buy one of these almost every week I’m well aware of the subway standard. I asked for extra and said I was happy to pay. For another 2.60 I got another tiny spoonful of tuna - still far less tuna than a normal amount. Very rude, very unusual. I highly recommend you avoid this...

I often stop by the Subway at North Campus for a quick, healthy meal, and I couldn't be happier with the experience, as a staff member at AUT. The staff are always so friendly and professional, making me feel welcomed every time I visit. Thanks heaps :) They take great care in preparing my salads. I highly recommend this Subway to both staff and students – excellent service, fresh ingredients, and always a pleasant experience!...

The lady who works Monday nights has the worst customer service, the sandwiches are always made sloppy and she is rude. She refused to let me order a sandwich and meatball pot at the same time and said I’d have to line up twice if I wanted both. This is ridiculous considering I’ve had to wait (multiple times) well over 10 minutes while she’s in the back. Need better training for customer service and more attentiveness...
