Burger King (Express) Mangere East — Restaurant in Māngere-Ōtāhuhu

NEVER COMING BACK HERE! This is my local BK however after my last experience, it's not worth coming back.

Worst customer service experience from a "fast food" restaurant. We came here with other family members for my daughter's birthday.

Waited for almost an hour from start to finish, while queuing in store to place an order to finally receiving my food. This is the slowest fast food restaurant around!

There were no apologies from staff for the delays. Meanwhile the staff prioritised the uber and drive thru orders over the customers in store. While queuing, there were 10 customers in the queue and no-one came to the front to serve for sometime.

When I finally got my food - I asked the staff member if the fries were hot, to which he replied yes. When I sat down to eat - the fries weren't hot, however taking them back to request hot fries would have meant another wait! So frustrating!

If I could give 0 stars - I would.

I wouldn't recommend eating at this BK unless you're ok with...

I rate this place a 1? Why you ask? It's because they need to keep the toilets clean and also the floors and rubbish that is on the floor where people walks over to the counter to order and not having to look around and walking over the rubbish that is down on the floor. Please do keep the store clean and make it more welcoming and not like a pig place sorry but it needs to upgrade a lot in the employees and the people that works there. Another thing is that when people walk in act like your alive and not dead. Because customers like it when your smiling and not having to worry about anything. If your not in the mood to greeting customers in the Burger King than find something else to do rather than just standing there. Again talk to your boss about what is bothering you about what is happening or what...

Star rating for food is two because my fries were hot and my chicken burger was hot-ish. Service is one coz no one serves you I did it myself, also the stupid kiosk had Alzheimer's and forgot how to work. Atmosphere is 1 coz they don't have zero stars. You walk in to a cage with two kiosks and a slide window and I think there was supposed to be music but just a weird farty noise coming from the ceiling. Ordered 6 burgers 1 was warm the rest were cold, fries were hot and it took about 20 mins even though they had no one there and one car and a couple Uber pick ups. All in all will never come back again 😑 I went across to country roast opposite side of bk. They have clean seating and the chips were hot and crunchy and the rest of my food was yum. Don't go to bk go to the roast place...
