I don't usually write reviews, but this place definitely deserved one.

I had previously tried Butter Chicken Factory on K Road and remembered how good the food was there. Dad, sister, and I were driving past and I spotted this one. SO glad I did.

The kind man who was serving us had absolutely amazing customer service. Kindly greeted us when we walked in, gave us samples to try all the different curry flavours, made good conversations, etc etc. I was talking about how I love Indian food, and he even gave us this traditional candy to try after we had finished our food. I don't think I've ever received customer service this good.

Food was as good as I remembered it, so so flavourful. We also got Mango Lassi, which they make fresh right on the spot. They give you a pretty big portion and I definitely could not finish it in one sitting 😅. Had an amazing experience tonight, first time and definitely coming back again. The other 5 star reviews weren’t kidding and thats what led us here. The service was exceptional, they gave samples to try the different spice levels we asked about! Which won us over with flavour hehe. We ordered the Indian style butter chicken, nan bread, lamb biryani, vegetable samosas and they were allllll devine. Hot and super fresh! We received complimentary mango lasi (best we have had) with a chicken sheeka kebab something they were experimenting with. First time trying this restaurant and oh my what an experience. I don’t usually do reviews but these guys definitely deserve one. From the first time you step inside, their customer service is top tier (many restaurants should take notes from them). We were given samples to try which made choosing so easy, that royal creamy chicken is chef’s kiss (I would keep going back just for that highly recommend that dish). I didn’t get the name of the man in the front but he was an absolute pleasure, he even upgraded one of our meals on the house and gave us chocolates too when we were leaving.
