WORST service I've ever experienced! Served by Lavneet. I ordered "Zinger tower combo with extra 2 pieces of chicken for $5, Hot & Spicy, combination of rib and wing". I checked my receipt and I got charged for Zinger Stacker (which is fine for me) and Original pieces". I came back and talked to Lavneet, offered to pay extra 60c for the hot and spicy chicken (because I don't eat the original) , and she said "It's ok". But then when my order came and I got the original pieces. Returned it and the manager asked me to pay for 60c which I did. What I got was 2 pieces of small wings. I returned it again, the manager said sorry and gave me extra 1 pc of chicken, when I opened the box it was thigh, drum, and wing instead of RIB & WING. So disappointing! It was just a simple order but so many mistakes. So frustrating! Team member Lavneet DID NOT LISTEN TO MY ORDER PROPERLY, LACK OF PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE, DID NOT REPEAT THE ORDER, DID NOT TRY TO UPSELL MY ORDER. Read moreIf you planning early meal never ever go to this place. I am writing with my own experience of few times.But is the worst day everything is wrong. Though their opening time is 9:00am, meal is not ready by this time. I have place my order at 09:17 Hrs after 10 minutes, they told me your wait time is 15 minutes. around 9.:40 Hrs I informed, them I will be not having time to dine in, please get ready my meal on a take away bag. Finally my order arrived at 9:45 hrs on a dine in tray. Once I told again, it went in to a take away bag.Ask for a tomato ketchup they do not have. No napkins as I forget to ask. Chips really soggy & salty.
Things happen, at least they do not have a courtesy to say to the customer before hand prior to take the other.Then the customer have a second option, either go some ware or wait. This happen not only to me, at least 5 or 6 customers on a wait list. Would you accept this kind of worst service from an international chain like KFC. This is bad for you reputation guys. Please take some precaution at least in the future.

Nobody at the pick-up counter, so I went to the main counter. I advised I had an order, but I was early. Girl went away and got the manager? Looked at me confused like I was making up a story, and said what order? I thought, "Oh dam, I have placed at the wrong KFC." Checked my phone and showed him and I was at the right place. He then took a photo of my order from my phone? Surely the system shows this? He said he would make it right away, I sat down in the restaurant by the counter. It took a long time, so at 10:45, I went to the counter, and sure enough, they had made it, and it was sitting getting cold, and nobody bothered to tell me it was ready.
