We bought some wings, gravy and a drink for dinner and we went up to the next window for the food. We were there for about 5 minutes before they finally told us to move to the next window. We received the food but not the drink and when I went up to to the window to figure out what went wrong I was told no drink was put down and just given a receipt. We were really irritated because as they hadn't told us to move to the next window, a huge line had developed during that time and it would've taken a long time to order the one drink we never received. Really disappointed.
Edit: We went again and they forgot the 6 pieces of chicken in our 48 dollar meal. Came home, saw what happened, went back and they gave it to us without saying a word. No apology for forgetting or anything. I understand forgetting a side or drink which is why when I first made this review I put it as a 2 star, but this is absolutely unacceptable. These workers have no idea what they're doing and it shows. I'm so absolutely pissed.

Good front counter service HOWEVER u need to review the express machine. 2nd time I was unable to change my chips to a drink, when I mentioned it at the counter the girl said just come straight there. Defeats the purpose of having the machine if u can't swap an item. So that experience gets zero marks from me. ALSO we dined in for at least 30mins and the whole time there was a table full of empty rubbish not removed, another person who went to use the toilet shouted to the counter staff the toilet is disgusting and needs to be cleaned. Read moreI had a very disappointing experience at KFC drivethru this afternoon (18/08/2025) at 3 pm. I ordered a 3pc Deluxe Quarter Pack ($19.99), but the staff member named Preeti mistakenly charged me for three of them instead of one, along with my aioli slider. This brought the total to about $63, which was clearly incorrect.
When I politely asked if the order could be corrected, the response I received was not professional. Instead of handling the situation in a calm and helpful way, the attitude shown left me feeling frustrated and disrespected as a customer.
On top of that, I was not given the Moro bar or the coleslaw that are meant to come with the meal. This made the experience even more disappointing.
