Been to their drive thru several times before and this time in the drive thru, I experienced the worst customer service from these 2 ladies at the first window. Ordering at the speaker I gave my loyalty points code to the staff member. She tried 3 times and it didn’t work. She asked us to drive up to the window for her to scan the code and take my order. I drive up to the 1st window with my mum. Got there, a 2nd staff was there with the previous lady who was taking orders. She scanned the loyalty code took my order and I paid. I asked to place a 2nd order and when I said that, the 2nd staff by the window sighed and says “omg”. I used another code to order. The code clearly says “regular sundae & apple pie for $5”. From what I understand by this, is that I can receive, one apple pie AND one regular sundae. But the staff at the window said that I could only choose one item of the two and get two of the same item. I wanted a sundae and the apple pie as per the deal. The staff asked me to choose one, as I said “apple pie and sundae” the lady goes “I can’t change it now because you said “you wanted the apple pie first”. That was before they would let me finish my sentence. They kept repeating that I can only choose one of the items where I’ll receive 2 of it and says that they are $2.50 each. When I asked for one of each they kept saying they can’t do it (she walks away). The 2nd staff who was at the window goes ahead and tells me “next time order from the speaker before you drive down to make your payment” before i could explain to her, that the staff taking my order said to drive up to the window, she closes the window on me which is where I then take a photo. The other staff comes back and tells me “delete the photo because we can file a law suit against you”. I asked her “didn’t you tell us to drive up to the window so we could scan the code and place our order?” She says “yes”. I tell her, to tell the other staff that and she does and to ask her to apologize and I will delete the picture. She kept refusing to apologize until she just says “sorry (while forcing a smile and shakes her head)”. So she says, okay I’ll give you the sundae at the next window. She charges me $5. I drive down to receive my order where they give me two apple pies and a grimace shake for my other order. I asked them and said “what about my sundae?”. They say “there’s no sundae” “the order says 2 apple pies”. I go ahead and say “the staff at the other window said I would get one of each”. Another staff comes to the window, I think it was a shift manager. She asks what’s wrong and I show her the code details. I told her that I wanted “one apple pie AND one sundae”. She understands and give's me one of each. I then tell her about the other two staff at the previous window for the way they spoke to me and she apologised for them and said she would talk to them.
I get that it’s Halloween tmrw but this doesn’t give you any right to be nasty to customers. Get in the good spirit and be nicer to your customers. If the two women who were being rude did not know about how they were supposed to accept that code than they clearly require more training.
To the two Wicked Witches at the first window: if you don’t want to work in customer service where all you have to do is be nice to a Customer, then get a different job. I spoke nicely and asked you nicely. You were both extremely rude and impatient for no reason.
To Lady Dracula at the pick up window: thank you so much for being understanding and nice to us. Appreciate you loads. Happy Halloween.

It's Been happening several times morning staff sitting and laughing from the back ignoring all the customers . Requested speak to manager she doesn't want me to speak directly I called the phone she hung up bad customer service. Sitting outside window manager came and closed the window when told her if you don't give me her name so I add feedback n complaint will take her pic. She closed the 2nd window & walk away. I called landline she responded "are you the one outside window said yes I was asking rewuesting the name of the manager she was screaming said there's no manager & hung up . Very Unprofessional drove back queue after 5am n do my order asked for the name .Her name is Mele working 16/2 morning shift from morning hours . Manager should set a good example her for her staff.all I can hear inside mocking & giggling telling the manager should come outside take my pic. This is the worst customer service I'm regular customer never ever go there again treat people with love n respect n know your role you have to face the customers n respond back professionally because we are humans .you can't ignore a customer who want answers. I said excuse me where are our drinks? She then asked what were our drinks..I responded 2 Hot Chocolates, 1 Large Mocha, 1 Large Latte and 1 Large Ice Tea.
15 minutes later same girl returns with 2 Large Coffees without saying anything and then disappears again. Another 10 minutes passes another staff member comes and asks what we were waiting for. Again I repeated our drinks.
We wait another 20 minutes and I see the car behind me has been waiting a while too. The driver behind us goes inside and I finally decide to go in and see why there was a delay.
I approach counter and ask for my drinks. Staff were oblivious of my request. One goes makes the Ice tea, places it on the counter and walks away. I wait another 10 minutes then another staff member asks who's drink was on the counter. I say it's mine but I'm still waiting on my 2 Hot Chocolates. This was the first time a staff member apologised for the long wait, makes my Hot Chocolates and places on counter.
She apologised again but at that time I had enough. I responded sorry it's good enough, three times someone came out to the car and then I had to come inside to repeat my drinks another 2 times. Definitely not going back to...
