Very horrible experience today. From the moment I stepped up to be served, the lady ignores me. I ask "just checking if you guys are open" she looks around angrily and responds "ya" with huge attitude, implying that I can't see they're obviously open. The rest of the interaction with 2 staff members being unnecessarily rude, criticizing me while setting me up to misunderstand and getting mad when I do. I left with my food close to tears because theyre being completely and unnecessarily rude. When one of the 2 ladies spoke to the male customers behind me she was much nicer, so I know this behaviour and attitude isn't a constant part of their persona. Read moreIt would have to be one of the worse fast food experiences I have ever had. I arrived at the counter with one lady in front of me. I was ignored and the man behind me was served. 3 other people joined the queue and when I tried to place my order I was told to get to the back of the queue. Eventually I managed to order my chicken salad but because I didn't choose to have everything on offer, (just lettuce, cucumber and red onion) I ended up with a tiny salad unlike the people served before me.
