There were 7 people at our table. We ordered within 15 minutes, then it took another 60 minutes for our food to arrive, a little longer for the steak. They didn’t let us know it was going to be such a long wait and we had to enquire as to how much longer. Then when it finally arrived it would have been nice to apologise about the long wait. They were busy but a little customer service goes a long way. I had a burger, the chips were amazing but my burger (I ordered it bun less) came with no sauce which is said it did on the menu. Then they charged me for the sauce I got for the chips. My friend got the pork belly and wasn’t impressed either. We were so hungry by that point and running late we had to eat and run, no time...

Came in for st Patrick's day with my partner , to begin with the atmosphere was great we got our food everything was delicious however a side of aioli we had paid for hadn't been delivered to the table, given it was st Patrick's day and the staff looked incredibly busy my partner approached what had appeared to be the kitchen window where she politely inquired about the forgotten aioli and was verbally abused and sworn at by a young man whom was adamant that she was not getting any freebies we may have been looking for.. Firstly, always pay when ordering and then ask for a gst docket. If you don't pay 1st and pay while you wait or at end of meal, the cheeky staff will add extra's onto your bill. Make sure you get a docket, remember who served you and point out all the add ons that you didnt order. You'll save yourself quite a bit! As for the food, fairly good. As for the service, young ones don't communicate with each other. One goes off out back into the kitchen to grab a doggie box and forgets to tell kitchen it's a to go and our meals come out.
