Had to fight with the owner to get a piece of fish grilled in our order because they were too busy to grill (healthier option than frying), even though we were willing to wait longer. When we opened our order the grilled fish piece was so small it was clearly only half a piece. A very childish and immature response from the owner to a customer that just wanted a healthier option at his wife's request. I hope she learns to understand what good customer service is and supports...

Really friendly staff, im plant based and they helped walk me through which menu items are already plant based, and which can be accommodated. Theres loads more variety than available on the menu boards if you ask! Order was completed very quickly, a touch many fish n chips places tend not to focus on now-a-days. Classic kiwi vibes with a lovely calm atmosphere. Perfect spot to drive up on a sunny afternoon with loads of parks and outdoor areas neaeby to go set...
