Domino's Pizza Masterton — Restaurant in Masterton

Although this happened a few weeks back (or even maybe a month) i feel the need to make a review about this. I ordered some pizza on the app to be delivered to my home, I order this at around 6:20pm ish, I get the usual notification saying the order was received then the food was being prepared, then in the oven, etc. it then gave me a time estimation that said it would arrive at around 6:50 - 7:00pm ish. Minutes have gone by and, nothing. In the delivery instruction, I wrote that I prefer for them not to knock, because I know that I usually get the notification. When it was past the time it estimated I checked on the app, and it suddenly said still preparing check again later, which led me to confusion. I then called the store which a nice guy answered and told me that my order had left the store and shouldn’t be too far along. 30mins go by and still nothing, I call back and the guy said he would try and get in contact with the delivery driver and said he would get back to me. More time goes by and still nothing. I checked countless times outside my house for my pizza prior to my calls and during the calls. I call them again, and this time almost 3hours have gone by, a new lady picked up the phone this time and I told her the situation, she said give her 15mins and then call her back as she tried to figure out what was happening. I call her back 15mins later and apologies for what happened and offered to resend another one. When it arrived, it seemed as though the delivery driver said it was my fault? I don’t mean to sound rude but they said “it isn’t our responsibility” that my pizza wasn’t lost? I would’ve given this review a 1star but the employees who helped me through the phone made this...

Hi, Bought three extra large Peri Peri Chicken pizza just now. Sorry to tell that its really disappointed. Usually i order normal pizzas and everytime i get less fillings. So tried to order extra large. Paid for extra large and extra sauces aswell. But this is extremely disappointing with the quantity served. Some areas of the pizza is empty and one of the pizza was not cut. A total of 63$ went waste. This is robbery... I dont say you should not make profit. But give some values for the money the customer spent also. I could hardly find chicken. I felt like i spent 63$ for some dough and some pits of sauces and couple of chicken pieces. Everytime i think never to order again. But this time i decided i will never. Your delivery is good, they are always delivered in time. But i must your pizzas are great but try to give fillings aswell. I will miss the pizzas, still i wont come again because i dont want to put my money...

Took a break away from Wellington for a few nights. Just wanted some dinner. Tried domino's masterton delivery. as pizza hutt has now disappeared. About 10 minutes later i was relieved to get them on phone. A 2 second answer we'll be with you soon. I ended up leaving on speaker after nearly 10 minutes then gave up after 15. When finally got through again after re ringing and going through the machine grr. They laughed it off and thought it funny. Along with a long wait angry delivery driver that i tipped 10 dollars with no gratitude. Cold stale pizza. Then the nerve the Indian owner rang with his own concerns next day. As business is run poorly and yuck. He then offered me vouchers for my experience. Guess what. Yeah right. Nothing. Me and many from one experience will stay away form domino's. Mainly MASTERTON.
