Great food, done well. The service here was fast, professional and friendly - despite the venue being at almost maximum capacity on a Saturday evening.
Chilled water, glasses and menus were delivered to our table promptly; and sufficient time was allowed to elapse before the waitress returned to take our food and drink orders.
We ordered pizzas all 'round, which arrived after a very short wait and they were faultless. The Chefs here are clearly well practised in their craft.
The front of house staff were very accomodating of our two little people, and the children's menu offers excellent value for money, whilst doubling as a colouring-in activity.

The order was done within 10mins or so, already done when I arrived!

Upon arrival I was greeted so welcomingly my a warm smile, which I could recall the ladies name though! But the vibe in the restaurant seemed so chilled and well set up. Awesome to be able to have the portal to the kitchen whilst you'd dine to see the action in the kitchen!
Overall, 5...

Made a reservation on Thursday, for 6 of us to dine on Sat evening , with special request to be seated away from the noise of the kitchen, as 2 guests have hearing impairment. We were shown to a high table with metal stools, situated by the kitchen and route to customer rest rooms. (The worst seating in the Bistro). When we referred to our booking, the front of house staff said this is all we have to offer...his attitude was not apologetic..."take it or leave it" pretty much. Obviously we left....we are from Canterbury and our Masterton hosts who were looking forward to sharing this venue with us, will not be supporting this...
