The best pastry shop and the best pastry chef in Auckland if not the best nz wide. Can't fault any of his food, that is made with overwhelming creativeness and passion for food. I have visited this shop on multiple occasions for the past 4 years and have never felt any change to the taste of his food. Food is always fresh and tasty with fresh ingredients, made with passion and love. I have recommended him to all my friends and thought that he deserves to be tried by all aucklanders. And by the way not to forget to respond to apple wang who left a negative feedback I just want to tell him that his review does not make any sense and from reading it I felt he just wanted to put ed's shop...

So much to say about this gem of a place. Honestly the lovelies people I know, so kind and loving. They make everything from the scratch, it would make their life so much busier but it’s their work ethic to provide everything so fresh and genuine. Best pecan tarts honestly, they do small bite sizes to bigger sized ones. Their sandwiches and pies are so yummy and fresh. Their choc cakes are the best, my colleague from north shore went all the way to get the same one after she tasted the cake. Get some genuine treats from genuine people. You...

I am really addicted to all the pie here! DELISIOUS! My favourite pie is the “Five spice pork belly”. The price is reasonable but the taste perfectly goes beyond the price. The best pie defined by the crusts, the pie crust here is not that thick, taste like building up with lots of layers which doesnt make you feels like eating thick flour. The fillings is satisfying with well~cooked meat! There are also other wonderful filling which really stimulate my saliva like “mince and cheese” and “steak and cheese”. Do not wait!...
