Pizza Hut Taradale — Restaurant in Napier

We ordered and paid online x 2 pizzas and large fries. My partner gave his name when he picked up the order it was the right amount of containers so he didn't question it. Came home to find it was completely the wrong order. I rang them and they hadn't realised, asked me what my order was and if I wanted them to make it. Yep I would like what I ordered and paid for. Partner brought it back and didn't get an apology from the people at the store. Got the order home "large fries" are soggy, barely cooked and half empty. My partners pizza was fine but mine was missing the pizza sauce (which was on the order, just not the pizza). I worry that the other person's order was just handed out to them when they arrived. We have purchased pizza virtually every Saturday night since Pizza Hut in Tamatea has opened. Everything has been fine until this evening when my son paid cash for our pizza. He walked out of Pizza Hut only to be chased by the staff member who had been cutting the pizzas.He caught up with our son at his car and called Girvan and questioned whether he had paid and was asked to go back inside. When my son said he paid cash he just said okay then and left. How rude and embarrassing for our son. He should at the very least have apologised. Make sure you get your facts right staff at Tamatea before running out and making accusations check your till receipts and ASK staff members before running out to the car park. Ordered online, it didn't go through and that's fine tech has its faults, when I asked where it was I was given from staff member to staff member until finally someone apologised and said her manager would call me back in 5 mins, 15 mins later I call the manager who had no clue, he didn't call back, he didn't offer a solution, instead offered store credit. Like hell we'll be back. Wouldn't leave until I got my refund. Absolutely useless, poor customer service is more of a compliment. The only good customer service I got was from a young girl who did apologise and who did offer any sort of direction, thank you to her. ...
