Hi, just wanted to say that your staff member Matt needs customer service training. We walked in, he saw us, said nothing. My partner said “Hi mate”, still nothing. Then after us waiting there awkwardly for a few seconds he turned to us and said “yeah?” To which my partner said, “I said hi before mate, you didn’t say anything.” We don’t know - he may be autistic or something - but if not, he really needs to learn how to treat customers. We came in to fuel up and find something that would help the kids with car sickness and when we asked the staff if there was anything for car sickness they politely said all they had was Panadol but they went the extra mile for us and gave us some kids arts and crafts goodies and toys and a cup of marshmallows that made a massive difference on our trip and the kids were so distracted they forgot they even felt car sick.
