BP Riverside - night shift staff: Aquib

Pitiful service from you, twice might I add.

First time, you served me with gloves that you had clearly been touching all surfaces, cleaning/mopping etc and instead of using tongs or taking the gloves off to get my donuts, you used your filthy gloves that were apparently “clean”, GROSSSSS! no common sense regarding hygiene standards.

& second altercation 28/02/25 10:40pm I asked you for the vacuum prices, your response was confusing, fast-forward, I purchased a Sprite 300ml in order to get cash-out $2 which was fine. Aquib then, bounces my drink along the counter & then starts doing serval flips with it whilst smiling about it, then He processes my payment, but it declined, unnecessarily he says “brother got no funds”, then arrogantly throws my drink in the tray mumbling away.

Ridiculous service from you e hoa, wouldn’t come here for night-time service especially when you’re on.

Great vacuum price, $2 for 6mins, however, the fragrance needs to be topped up please, as there was none...

Went to Riverside BP this morning around 11.30am for 2 takeaway coffees. First counter I approached had a temporary sign saying use next counter, so I stood in front of that one with my 2 keep cups on the counter. One staff member was asked by someone to serve them at the closed counter and they were served. 2 more staff members at the POS counters - not busy. Eventually after several minutes waiting, one of the staff said if I wanted coffees I had to pay at the POS counters. I pointed out that there was no sign in front of me explaining that, but I moved over to the POS. After telling them 3 times how I wanted the coffees, I gave up and left with no intention of returning to this BP station. Would love management to play the video of my visit so they can see how disinterested their staff were and their comments to me. Do not recommend you visit this petrol station as their service today...

Didn't appreciate my service just before two in the morning as I stood waiting for service the cashier appears from the kitchen with a unusual reply after I said morning and his reply was slightly a mock however his demeanor was ( I felt ) very rude as I proceeded to order his reactions while ordering was unprofessional as I can not see from afar what I needed in the line of food a coffee and sandwich which he said do you want anything else I said uumm no but with that he seemed agitated still I realized o muffin please and go's of in a rant I wasn't being disrespectful then says you're not getting your order I then said I'll be back tomorrow to see your boss/supervisor whoever...rude service!

If you're tired let your boss know don't take it out on...
