Okara Sushi Town — Restaurant in North Island

I was here with my partner this afternoon. I asked for ginger on both dishes. Sales person only gave me ginger on one plate. Then I saw the assistant picking rubbish out of the bin with no gloves. Yes ok recycling is good for the environment. But the assistant had no gloves on and he was serving food. Then the other assistant was sweeping up and she moved a massive black mat to sweep under it. Good food but overpriced. $30 for what I had, can get it for $20 at other places. Had to drive from Maungakaramea to get my money back as they charged me double (totaling to $61.40) She knew straight away so makes me think do they do it often? I recommend booboo sushi by pak n save or fresh sushi next to coin...

Okara Sushi Town is a great eating spot conveniently located near Kmart, Countdown, and other major shopping chains. The sushi is always fresh and delicious, and the staff are all amazing at what they do. Stellar customer service. I always look forward to getting something to eat here...
