Domino's Pizza Hastings East - Parkvale — Restaurant in North Island

I picked up an order at domino’s Hastings east tonight and found something wrong with every single item I got. From the cut on the pizza being atrocious and sauces being left off the pizza, wings and dessert. When I had gone in to collect my order I was standing there for 10 minutes and towards me collecting my order, Phones were ringing with one girl who was under the pump trying her hardest to serve everyone that had come in. Being unable to get the phone, one other staff decided to continue to wipe down an already clean bench. She had been wiping the same bench from the time I was there to the time I had left. For the others, they were doing the same thing standing around doing nothing letting this poor girl work her hardest , so I don’t blame her but I blame her fellow staff for not backing her up and...

Don't do it!! Absolutely terrible service! If I could give them 0 stars, I would. I ordered 2 pizzas delivered. They show up 30min after the stated delivery time, and after me watching the guy drive 1 street over on the gps and then head back to the store, he was obviously lost. When he finally arrived he wanted me to walk around the corner to get my order out of the boot of his car! Needless to say, the pizzas were cold. Call the store manager, he puts me on hold several times, then offers to remake the order or give me a free pizza voucher. I said you can have the pizzas back and give me a refund. I went with the remake option. He then, calls me back and says we want the cold pizzas back to verify...

Phoned my order through, guy was rude talking over me, very impatient. Arrived name was wrong had to look for my order paid for it, the guy walked away... I'm waiting for my pizzas, another guy gives me my pizzas and then says to me have you paid for those!! It didn't end to good I'm afraid... too many behind the counter all tripping over one another... will I go back...
