Domino's Pizza Tokoroa — Restaurant in North Island

DO NOT EAT AT DOMINOS TOKOROA!!! I had 2 Pizzas delivered on Sun using the new app. It says you can track your order and see a picture of the pizza that has been made for you. Its complete and utter rubbish. None of the app features even work. After sharing the 2 Pizzas with partner and mother in law, by 8pm the stomach aches started. By 10pm im vomitting in the loo until 8am this morning. Dominos hygiene practises must be as good as there app that doesnt work. I STRONGLY ADVISE YOU NOT TO EAT DOMINOS IN TOKOROA!! I now going to called the Health Dept for the area and request a Health Inspector visit this store. These guys will one day kill someone with there food practices. I’ve been a loyal customer to Dominos for several years now and it seems the grade has dropped significantly in what seems overnight abruptly.

The pizza I usually get is what I deem irresistible and addictive to say the least. What I received last night was an abomination! No flavor no sauce and no soul basically. It was an insult to other pizza’s to even call it a pizza. The garlic bread was just hot bread with garlic butter applied to it.

I called the manager shortly after and all they could offer was a free pizza voucher for compensation when in reality it’s not free if I had already paid for it.

I do not recommend getting pizza from here at all, pizza hut or even places that aren’t mainstream food chains is probably the way to go or even frozen...

Delivery driver blamed me that she couldn’t find the address. Then got abusive when I asked if the food would still be ok after being returned to the shop and picked up after two more deliveries. I said it’s a small town and word will get around if you talk to people this way. She said I was black mailing her. Refused to give me her name but said she owned dominos. Called the store and was hung up on by two more ladies when i asked to speak to the manager. I hope i get my money back because the order was deliver delivered . Have contacted head office .
