I went here today to order an extra large coffee. However I saw the girl put an old coffee shot into my coffee instead of making a new one. I asked her very nicely to make a new shot, but she didn't. She said that she had just made the coffee shot from the previous customer, who had just left just before I arrived. She used the old coffee shot. The coffee was yuck.

I have been supporting this business for many years. They use good quality coffee beans. However in the past I have asked them many times to make my coffee using a fresh coffee shot. Thought I would update my review to let everyone know that the fabulous team cater to eveyones needs. I have recently gone dairy free and the oat lattes are the best. Bonus points for the dairy free scuffins as well. You guys are absolutely the best ajd we love seeing you first thing in the morning.

Absolutely delicious coffee. The extra large is the perfect size for a lack of sleep, I have to go to work kind of attitude Monday. Bonus was the great banter, that ended up with a hot herb scone straight out of the oven. Fantastic way to start a Monday, or any day really. First time here this morning, long wait which was fine but end result was disappointing as when I got to work, around the corner in my car, I took lid off to drink coffee as I like to do and no creamy froth, just like a filter coffee. I get oat milk so perhaps its the type you use?

Hi thanks for your prompt reply and concern, I appreciate that. I ordered a large oat milk flat white. I didn't mean a 'frothy' coffee, I know I said the word 'creamy' but a flat white, and all the ones I have had from the various cafes, even with oat milk, have that steamed milk layer that you talk about and often with a heart in it, thats the depth of it, but this was just nothing, as i say just a filtered coffee appearance with milk in...
