Front staff were delightful but a lil disorganized & unapproachable. My rating is because we arrived early, didn't have a table ready for myself & friend. We paid firstly, bought drinks, was ignored, waited past the time we should have sat at a reserved table( pre booked). Asked to be sitted. Ignored. Apparently still cleaning table from last customers. But non of the Staff did anything to sort it. After being ignored approx 10mins a lovely Chinese lady I assume manager cared enough to ask if we were ok. I told her we were still waiting for our table. She found us a table to sit at. 10 min later a Front staff member sat others at our table and moved us to the center of the crowded room. Unbelievable we arrived early, paid, had a reservation, bought drinks, waited, ignored, finally seated after 10mins & moved because someone else became a priority. Thank you Front of house staff By now I was annoyed. 😕 So we proceed on... The food was delicious and fresh. Thank you staff on the Hot plate. Highlight of the whole experience was the Chinese lady, I assume she was the manager/ owner. She is terrific. She changed my mind & the experience started to get better. Tbh this place is overpriced. There were flies all around the raw meat and there were hardly any bowls to use. The service was very bad and the cooks were very moody, and they overcooked my meat making it like rubber. I understand they were busy but they definitely need more then two cooks. The bathrooms there are horrendous. The wallpaper was ripped and the hand soap was just watered down soap so basically just bubbly water and to make it worse the hand soap dispenser was broken. Where the ice cream was there were no spoons and they never added more, they were also out of chocolate ice cream yet no one replaced the empty containers? I mean come on obviously chocolate ice cream is popular so they should always refill when it runs out. The worker at the front desk was rude when we first turned up and after we sat down kept coming over to ask if everyone paid. Again I understand that they may have people that eat and run but he came over while we were in the middle of eating he could've waited till we were at least not eating. Overall I don't think I'll ever be eating here again, not willingly at least. If you want some mid and overcooked food...

The food that you select and take to the chefs to cook on the hot plate was good, reasonable selection of protein and accompaniments. The food available from the bain-marie however was very poor. During the 3 hours we were there these largely remained empty despite mentioning this to staff on more than one occasion. Apologies were very forthcoming just not the food. Given this represents a fair portion of the all you can eat price this did not present good value for money. Since our previous visit there seems to be a focus on cost cutting and limiting what you have access to. Even when the bain-marie food was replenished the volume was limited and only one or two of the dishes replenished at a time. If you do visit make sure you get what...
