Ordered my food through deliver easy. Once received, half of my order was missing. Called up just to be told that they had forgotten to make it so then offered for me to come down a pick it up. I opt for delivery in the first place to avoid driving down.. I Then refused wanted a refund. Delivery easy then calls me to explain what happened and says "I was advised that they had run out of the pull pork hence why you didn't receive it" but to my knowledge, when I called up they offered to make the burger and for me to come grab it. Was such a waste of time. My partner didn't get his food after a long day at work.. And to top it off the food wasn't the best! Chips werent cooked all the way and the ribs were average..
The customer service from who I spoke to was lovely and helpful. How ever, the head chef (as we could hear in the background telling her what to say) was useless! Don't recommend...

We ordered online but when we got there to pick up, they said they didn’t have one of the things we ordered and their website should have said it wasn’t available. The woman offered to make the item for me anyway. There was a bit of a wait and she refunded the cost of said item and gave us some extras as well. And the food was amazing. Everything we had was just delicious. The Mac & Cheese that was especially made for me was so good (I am a connoisseur!). The ribs were fall-off-the-bone amazing, the loaded fries with pulled pork were so tasty. And the calamari was perfectly cooked. We will 100% be back. So good. Thanks for a fantastic meal after...

Received a small box for 12.50$ aprox with a dry basmati rice mixed with frozen vegetables (usually get from countdown/packNsave) Mushroom + lots of soya sauce. Just a tasteless fried rice ever had. They just serving anything what listed in displayed menu. (I already spoken to the shop in-charge person over the phone today , they don’t care/blaming each other).
