I would gave them, a negative stars because the deserve negative stars according to their service, being a DoorDash drive they always gave us the wrong order and we face complaints from the customer and take down our rating, when we finally talk to the staff they said DoorDash gave us multiple orders under the same order number which is totally rubbish and unacceptable as I’m a full time worker in food industry my food outlet never got multiple orders under single order number when we talked to the manager last time about all this the old lady got angry and pass racist comments to me same thing she did this time when I visit their outlet with proof of complaint and witness they said you people don’t need to tell my staff what to you and then became racist towards us the old lady need to understand that should train their staff well or first she will get the training how to work in food industry and learn that aspect that how survive in multicultural land being racist with particular community doesn’t hide you mistakes, secondly food brands or the owner of this kfc should fired this old lady from the manager post because she’s not taking her job seriously everything for her is for granted there multiple people who are highly talented who deserves manager position at this kfc so in my opinion DoorDash please cancel or suspend this account and owner or food brands please remove of fire this old lady from this kfc as just because of her Uber and DoorDash drivers have to face false complaints when we tell them what they did wrong then that old lady manager pass racist remarks to us so please fire this old lady she’s none more than rubbish in this outlet proof of complaint is...
Read moreThese people get the order right less that 20% of the time. What is so hard about taking an order and packing it properly and correctly? I do my job correctly on a daily basis and never rely on clients or customers to pick up on errors cos I do it right the first time.... that is part of the responsability of having a paid position. Seems not to be the case here.
You would think they would know their own menu and deals but also seems not. I have lost track of the times I have had to come back after drive through and line up for another 20-40 minutes to collect my missing items. Not very apologetic and you have to spell out what the error was. On the most recent trip they made an error when correcting the error... SMH. Is this run by volunteers?
Once I tried to call to ask for a credit for the 2x missing burgers because we had already driven home. After letting the phone ring out several times they then picked up and hung up, then disconnected the phone so we couldn't call. Total cop out and borderline thievery.
I used to work FOH and as a cook for KFC back in my school days. I remember we used to go about serving with some urgency so people are not waiting forever. Not the case here with staff moving around the store as if in a daze, slow and confused.
Once we tried to avoid the massive wait times by placing an online order... this arrived 3 hours late, despite the order being placed the day before.
Also, to gain entry to the store you must either a. Wait for the 1x front staff member to come and check your vaccine pass, or b. Wait for another customer to walk past the door sensor to gain entry (I thought she would ask when I got to the till but nope)....

I ordered online, it said it would be ready by 11.28. went in just after half past and waited 10 minutes for the staff to acknowledge me despite no one else being in line. I was told I was in the wrong line, not signposted as such, so I moved to the other line and the staff on the first till stood around and served nobody. i then waited in the other line. The person doing online orders ignored me for another 10 minutes before i shouted (had to shout, she was ignoring me asking nicely 3 or 4 times) and then was told its my fault for not bringing it to her attention that i was waiting for something. As though standing in a queue didnt signify this. Getting on for 12pm, after much uncertainty about receipts and orders, I left with my order which was dry, lukewarm and my work lunch was now over. Pointless ordering online.
Add in dated and dirty surroundings.
There was a courier there at the same time. None of them would give him a name for the parcel. He ended up leaving with the parcel.
I wont be going back, which is a shame as its only around the corner from my house...
