McDonald's Dannevirke — Restaurant in North Island

My daughter's and I joke this McDonald's should have 2 drive thru lanes... as they never ever get the order right the first time... missing sauce, to missing burgers, every time, does my head in, "is it all there" "yes" ...start driving away, loop back again... a terrible service, BUT, who ever makes the burgers needs a medal, I honestly couldn't care if I had to loop through the drive thru twice or thrice, staff are amazing, but once you get what you wanted, wow. The onions are different here to any other McDonald's, they are perfect, I've had every burger over the last 10 years, but again today, my 3 hamburgers at 6pm-ish were to die for, and it's like this every time, i was going to get a couple of big mac's, but, all I could think of, was the last hamburgers you made for my daughter that I snuck... if you want the best tasting burger in nz this is the place, I accept human error with filling orders, but I never accept human error with burger making, and thankfully, I don't have to, the burgers are 110% perfect. Ordered 2 frozen cokes and a large chips from the drivethrough. We waited for between 10-15 minutes in the queue, understandable if they were busy but the shop was dead quiet at the time. By the time we got to the window the staff member handed us the wrong order, when we corrected her she apologised and got us our drinks, we then proceeded to sit at the window for another 5 minutes while 3 staff members faffed around chatting and leisurely putting together orders. When the girl finally came back to the window she asked us if we were waiting on anything else although with her tone of voice, she may as well have said 'why are you still here?'. When we mentioned that we were still waiting on chips, it took another few minutes before we were handed a bag that unfortunately contained stale and extraordinarily undercooked fries. I understand that McDonald's is fast food and is far from a classy establishment but unfortunately for our visit today we recieved poor customer service, it certainly wasn't fast and the definition of food was a stretch.
