Pros Food is YUMMY, TASTY and very filling Lamb bao bun is superb best lamb curry flavouring I've ever had Everything comes out fresh to order Staff are very friendly and happy personalities

CONS NOT ALL U CAN EAT your only allowed to order each plate on the menu twice Plates are small so for example u onl 4 pieces of mussels, prawns spring rolls all up for the entire meal as for two people they come out in 2pieces only Staff are never around to order more food or water even though it's not busy called for them twice on the tablet no one came at all we wanted water i no one came to check didn't get any water for 30minutes only the female waitress was checking on us after she saw us with nothing on table and no one tending to us food just took way too long to come out no one to take our orders so we only got to order something 3 times within 2 hours oysters came out slightly warm they must microwave to open shells not schuk them and took 30minutes to come out aswell as we had to ask 2 workers to order the oysters

Booked the last sitting 8pm-10pm. The place was at full capacity. Ordered the all you can eat menu. The waiter brought out food for us to taste. Service was slow so food came even slower. There were 5 of us and when the food finally arrived we'd get one dumpling each and wait 10 mins for our next item. I got told around 9pm that the kitchen was closing for mains I told the waiter that wasn't good enough as we hadn't had much food as we'd been waiting majority of the time.

The service slowed right down after talking to the waiter. Tried to ask for water for kids and the waiter made eye contact and walked the other way. Started to feel akward after that.

By 930 the restaurant had been fully packed up besides us and another table. Felt like we were getting hurried out.

Pastries for the Snickers desert were rubbery and hard. Fried chicken were over saturated with sauce so much so the kids couldn't eat them as the sauce was too strong.

Very disappointed as I've been looking forward to eating here. Poor service and I would not recommend booking the last...

After being recommended this place by a local. Hubby and I booked at White Tiger for a 5.30pm slot on a Tuesday night, We read all reviews on here and went with an open mind and empty bellies. We had the all you can eat experience, favourites were, lamb dumplings, jalapeño dumplings, chicken satay, fried rice and karage chicken bao. For dessert the creme brulee was OMG! Requiring extras to be ordered. Service was amazing Kaya our food fairy was very friendly, helpful and attentive. The food was plentiful, fast arriving and kept coming. Considering the whereabouts and the vast amounts of different food on offer, we think White Tiger is amazing. It's a great mix of Asian flavors with a good wholesome Rotorua vibe. The lighting has been adjusted, the music is fitting to the vibe and the food was delicious. Huge appreciation to the kitchen staff and their massive job of food prep (Mise en place) What heros!!!
