Dunkin' Donuts — Restaurant in Papakura

Went in to the Takanini, Auckland, branch around 4.15pm, 12 Aug 2025. Ordered a donut and 2 drinks. The female manager there served us. She kept coughing and carried on touching everything while serving us. No gloves and no face mask. She stood at the coffee machine and due to her height, everytime she coughed it was right in the machine and into the coffee cup. I questioned her and she said, she was not sick but her cough was due to her acid reflux. Food hygiene also means that customers don't want your sputum in their food and drinks. Very upset with this experience and her response. Had to cancel my drinks as we did not want to touch the drinks anymore. Dunkin Donuts needs to better train their staff in food hygiene and personal hygiene. Hope the shop CCTV gets reviewed and some...

Wish i could give not even 1 star. Been your customer since last two years but had such a bad service today. Been waiting for almost 20 minutes just to order and the boy came to till, didn’t even bother to ask if we are waiting for something or waiting to order. A person standing behind us ordered before also didn’t bother. The boy just started making her order. Not even for a single time they bothered about us. Wanted to order 6 coffees today but didn’t. I work in hospitality as well so i know what every customer means. Please train your staff for better customer service. It’s my partner’s birthday, coz you you we had such bad start.
